LIA AI ASSISTANT — TERMS AND CONDITIONS Luna IT LLC Effective Date: May 1, 2026 Last Updated: April 28, 2026
1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using Lia, the AI chief of staff service provided by Luna IT LLC ("Luna IT," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Lia.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Lia is a personal AI chief of staff that uses artificial intelligence to help professionals manage email, calendar, Google Drive files, voice conversations, call transcription, and daily productivity tasks. Lia is provided as a subscription service under the Luna IT brand at lunaitpro.io.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Lia. By using Lia you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION
To use Lia you must create an account and connect your Google account via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Luna IT immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at edison.luna@lunaitpro.io.
5. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING
Lia is offered on a subscription basis with the following plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize Luna IT to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Luna IT reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to subscribers.
6. FREE TRIAL
Luna IT may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the free trial your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. No charge will be made during the trial period.
7. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting edison.luna@lunaitpro.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Lia until the end of your paid period.
8. GOOGLE ACCOUNT INTEGRATION
Lia connects to your Google account to provide Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Google Chat features. By connecting your Google account you authorize Lia to access these services on your behalf. You can revoke this authorization at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Luna IT accesses your Google data only to provide Lia's features and does not store, sell, or share your Google data with third parties beyond the service providers necessary to operate Lia.
9. AI PROCESSING
Lia uses Anthropic Claude API to process your voice input and generate responses. Your conversations are processed by Anthropic's systems to provide AI capabilities. Luna IT does not use your conversation data to train AI models. Anthropic's usage policies apply to AI processing. By using Lia you acknowledge that your voice input will be processed by third party AI systems.

Your use of Lia is subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third party providers. Luna IT is not responsible for the practices of third party services.

12. DATA AND PRIVACY
Your use of Lia is governed by our Privacy Policy available at lunaitpro.io/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Lia you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Lia and all related technology, branding, and content are the intellectual property of Luna IT LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Luna IT's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
14. CONFIDENTIALITY
Luna IT treats your data as confidential. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy and as necessary to provide Lia's features.
15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Lia is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Luna IT does not warrant that Lia will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Luna IT makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses. You use Lia at your own risk.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luna IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Lia. Luna IT's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Lia shall not exceed the amount you paid to Luna IT in the three months preceding the claim.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luna IT LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses including reasonable attorneys fees arising from your use of Lia or your violation of these Terms.
18. TERMINATION
Luna IT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at Luna IT's sole discretion. Upon termination your access to Lia will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
19. CHANGES TO TERMS
Luna IT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Lia interface. Your continued use of Lia after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before filing any legal claim you agree to contact Luna IT at edison.luna@lunaitpro.io to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Luna IT will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving notice.
22. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Luna IT regarding your use of Lia and supersede all prior agreements.
