Luna IT, LLC ("Luna IT," "we," "us," or "our") operates Lia, a personal AI chief of staff service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our services at lunaitpro.io or any related Lia product.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information You Provide Directly:

• Name and email address
• Username and password
• Billing address
• API keys for third party services

Information From Your Connected Google Account:

When you connect your Google account via OAuth, Lia accesses the following with your explicit authorization:

• Gmail — to read, draft, and send emails on your behalf
• Google Drive — to search, browse, and read files on your behalf
• Google Calendar — to read, create, and delete events on your behalf
• Google Chat — to read and send messages on your behalf

This data is accessed in real time to power Lia's features. It is never stored on Luna IT servers.

Information Collected Automatically:

• IP address and browser type
• Device type and operating system
• Session timestamps and feature usage patterns
• Geographic location — only when you use the weather feature and only with your browser permission

Voice Data:

Your voice input is converted to text by your browser's speech recognition. That text is sent to Anthropic Claude API for processing. No audio recordings are stored by Luna IT.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

• Deliver and operate Lia's AI chief of staff features
• Process your subscription and manage billing through Stripe
• Send account notifications and service updates
• Respond to your support requests
• Improve Lia's performance and reliability
• Comply with legal obligations
• Protect the security of our services

We do not use your information for:

• Advertising or targeted marketing to third parties
• Training AI models
• Building consumer profiles for commercial purposes
• Selling to data brokers or marketing companies

Luna IT does not sell or share your personal information with any third party beyond those listed above.

4. GOOGLE API DISCLOSURE

Lia's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• Google data is used only to provide Lia's features directly requested by you
• Google data is never used for advertising
• Google data is never shared with third parties except as necessary to operate Lia
• Google data is never used to train AI models
• Humans at Luna IT do not read your Gmail, Drive, or Calendar data

You can revoke Lia's access to your Google account at any time by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Lia may access the following sensitive information in the course of providing services:

• Financial documents — if you ask Lia to access financial files stored in your Google Drive. This data is read temporarily to answer your request and is never stored by Luna IT.
• Email content — accessed temporarily to summarize and manage your Gmail. Never stored on Luna IT servers.
• Geographic location — used only for the weather feature when you grant browser location permission.

6. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

• Your conversation memory is stored locally on your device and backed up to your own Google Drive account. Luna IT does not have access to your conversation history.
• Account credentials are encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
• API keys are stored in secure environment variables, never in plain text.
• All third party services used by Luna IT are enterprise-grade and maintain SOC 2 compliance.
• Luna IT's source code repository is private and access-controlled.

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion all Luna IT account data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Your conversation memory stored on your device and Google Drive is controlled entirely by you and can be deleted at any time.

8. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your location you may have the following rights:

• Right to access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Right to correction — request correction of inaccurate information
• Right to deletion — request deletion of your personal information
• Right to portability — request your data in a portable format
• Right to opt out — opt out of marketing communications at any time

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Lia is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information contact us immediately at edison.luna@lunaitpro.io.

10. COOKIES AND TRACKING

Lia does not currently use cookies, web beacons, or tracking pixels. If this changes we will update this policy and notify you.

11. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

If you opt in to marketing communications you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting edison.luna@lunaitpro.io. We will never send marketing emails without your consent.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Lia interface at least 30 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of Lia after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

13. LIA AI ASSISTANT — DATA USAGE

Lia is an AI-powered personal chief of staff developed by Luna IT, LLC. When you use Lia your voice input is temporarily converted to text and processed by Anthropic Claude API to generate responses. Your Google account data — including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Google Chat — is accessed only with your explicit authorization and only to provide Lia's features. This data is never stored on Luna IT servers, never sold, and never shared with third parties beyond the service providers listed in this policy. Lia's conversation memory is stored locally on your device and backed up to your own Google Drive account. Luna IT does not have access to your conversation history. You can revoke Lia's access to your Google account at any time by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions.
